"We have had a really good week in this lovely cottage. Nidderdale is lovely, quieter than the other dales. We have had some sunshine most days and have been to Brimham Rocks, Fountains Abbey, Masham, Ripon and Pateley Bridge. We have walked about six miles every day so we have hopefully walked off the cakes and scones. The cottage is very comfortable, warm and well equipped. We are going back for more curry from the Queens Head for my last supper - it is really good!"

We did make it to the Yorke Arms albeit not in our cycling gear! The food was truly special. We also made it to the Grantley Arms, Masham Brewery, Bolton and Fountains Abbey - all fabulous. Thank you again for a memorable stay."
